YOUR INTUITION ALREADY KNOWS

Practicing silence and mastering focus and being opens you up to take advantage of a tremendous resource you may often overlook – your own intuition.

The messages from your intuition are the directions you may not have thought to seek out.

What is intuition anyhow? I like to think of it as knowing without knowing why you know. It goes beyond what is explainable and asks you to bring all your senses to their highest potential. After the work you did in Part Two, ‘Your Actions’, you are more sensitive to physical clues and more aware of your own reaction to things and the sources of those reactions.

Now you are ready to make it all come together.

Not using your intuition is a symptom of the fact that we use only a small portion of our brain. Yet, the source of intuition is not limited to your brain; it can come from other places, as you will discover.

We will also explore how to use this tremendous resource to ease your way to your life blueprint. There is always the conventional way to assess what is possible, using the five senses: sight, sound, touch, feel and smell.

And by expanding the scope of your intuition and the capacity to receive guidance in your life from a wiser, intangible part of yourself holds the promise of saving you unnecessary steps. It can keep you on track to your best life and even be more effective than logical, linear action when it comes to achieving a goal.

Expanding your intuition will take practice.

You have to start building trust in your ability to use all the guidance available to you. It isn’t easy to trust knowing without knowing why you know, but once you’re successful a few times, I’m sure you won’t go back to the old ways that left you lost before you asked for help.
