Our physical environment such as your home can impact your behaviour and motivation to act.

For example, a messy house with shoes, bags, rubbish and other stuff lying around may encourage you to drop what you are carrying right there too and keep adding to the piles of things that pile up around you.

This can have a huge impact on your mood without you even knowing it.

It sits in the back of your life operating system, running as a program towards overwhelm.

Unconsciously.

Have you ever noticed that when you can’t find what you are looking for, but your house/drawers and laundry are an unorganised mess that you feel so much more stressed looking for whatever it is you are trying to find?

In fact, it actually seems harder to find than you originally thought?!

It’s simple…

When your home is clean & organised, you will feel more encouraged to keep it that way and put things away.

Because it makes your life easier.

You actually feel in flow…

When you free up the spaces in your physical environment, things flow more easily & effortlessly to you.

You will feel so much better & no longer feel the unconscious tension of living amongst clutter.

Research has shown that homes that are bright, free from clutter, organised and are overall an inviting and comfy space, it will impact your mood positively.

Even your guests are more inclined to feel at ease in your home.

I encourage you, declutter your home & watch what happens to your mood.

You don’t have to do it all in one day.

Decide to declutter & create a more calm and happy home for yourself & family, and set yourself the intention to just declutter one space/room each week until your entire house feels clutter free.

The first step to living your best life is to declutter everything in your life that you don’t want and that doesn’t serve you.

This will allow you to make room for everything that you do want or that belongs for you to carry out your deepest life’s purpose & mission.

Your home is a living space…not a storage space.

Let’s talk about finding your balance!!!

“Yeah, but HOW?” we hear you say!

If only it could be as simple as remembering you are already whole & complete – but we will never be able to convince you of that, as that is reserved for you & your own journey of self discovery & your own awakening to who you truly are at the core of who you are.

We’re always happy to walk with you on this however at anytime should you feel called as that is our absolute mission to support people like you, who are ready!

You will only ever see through your own eyes what is a reflection of you.

I always say I was fortunate enough to be educated by some amazing mentors who were exceptionally proficient at highlighting what gaps myself as my own ‘hero’ had & how to close them.

They were instrumental in turning me inwards to find the answers that were already there instead of keeping me reaching and seeking things outside of myself.

The gap therefore in every opportunity for me always becomes the potential zone or the zone of possibility that I choose to lean in on.

And it’s usually a part of me that I’ve neglected or have been hiding from.

As we all progress as individuals, along our own unique paths, we must continue to close our own gaps or else we will fall out of balance or never truly light ourselves up, we can veer off our sacred path & potentially put our entire mission at risk by neglecting our calling towards our sacred work, leading to the legacy we were designed to fulfil here on earth.

Therefore, to find your own balance you need to bring self awareness to understand that you find your balance by stretching into this gap.

That’s the conversation on balance that’s a bit of a mind bender.

“What? I have to do more, to find my balance?”

YES! You do…

To completely feel your sense of wholeness & completeness you have to fully immerse yourself into the gap so that it no longer exists.

Often we hear this as healing the trauma wound, leaning into all that is sacred and meant to be honoured and not conning yourself out of your own brilliance and in bringing it to life your way.

It is only then that you truly arrive feeling balanced.

People think that to find balance it’s all about equal parts all being aligned in perfect balance – time, focus, effort, energy & resources – it’s not, you already have balance in those things you have already embodied.

It’s about integration & understanding those parts of yourself that you may be ignoring or have denied.

The irony about balance is that it tends to rely on all other LYBL Philosophies being embodied & integrated whilst still being ever so passionately linked to your truth.

You can be going all out & still feel in balance.

To feel balance you must listen your own truth…only then will it set you free.

This freedom brings with it a sense of balance, even when things are in duality.

Let us leave you with 5 simple steps to help navigate this one:

  1. Implement the LYBL philosophies (they hold all the clues)
  2. Find your own rhythm & identify your gaps
  3. Always know where you’re at
  4. Learn to say ‘yes’ to closing your gaps (by tuning and turning inwards)
  5. Find your own meaning for what balance means to you
