F1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Live Your Best Life website, programs, services, or materials provided by Michele Jones and For You Corporation (“LYBL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

LYBL offers the following services:

Blueprint Program: A 10-step online self-development program
Group Coaching & Workshops: Small-group mastermind experiences and live retreats
Speaker Services: Keynote presentations and downloadable speaker resources
Members Portal: Ongoing support platform for program alumni
Free Resources: Live Your Best Life Toolkit, newsletters, and educational content

3. Registration and Account Security

When you create an account or enroll in our programs, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
Payment plans, when available, require completion of all scheduled payments
Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice for future enrollments
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

Blueprint Program: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed
Group Coaching: Refunds available up to 48 hours before the first session begins
Workshops and Retreats: Refunds available up to 14 days before the event date, minus a $100 administrative fee
Digital Products: No refunds on downloadable materials once accessed
Speaker Services: Refund terms governed by individual speaker agreements

Cancellations

Program cancellations must be requested in writing via email to admin@lybl.com.au
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, coursework, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, and resources provided through LYBL programs are the intellectual property of Michele Jones and For You Corporation. You agree to:

Use materials solely for personal development purposes
Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
Not share login credentials or program access with others
Not record, screenshot, or copy program content without written permission
Respect all copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights

6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Participants in LYBL programs and communities agree to:

Maintain respectful and supportive communication
Respect privacy and confidentiality of other participants
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Not use the platform for commercial promotion without permission
Not share personal contact information of other participants
Follow all applicable laws and regulations

7. Disclaimer of Results

LYBL provides educational and coaching services designed to support personal development. We make no guarantees regarding:

Specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs
Timeline for achieving personal goals
Suitability of our methods for every individual’s circumstances

Results depend on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control. Past results of other participants do not guarantee future results.

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

LYBL services focus on personal development and life coaching. Our programs are not intended to:

Replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition
Provide licensed therapy or clinical counseling services

If you have mental health concerns, please consult with qualified healthcare professionals. You should seek professional advice before making any health-related decisions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia). Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Communication and Marketing

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

Program-related communications and updates
Newsletter and educational content
Marketing communications about LYBL services

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us directly at admin@lybl.com.au.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, LYBL and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the specific service
Issues arising from technical problems, internet connectivity, or third-party services

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, or right that you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any similar state or territory legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LYBL, Michele Jones, For You Corporation, and their employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our services
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Your conduct in program communities or events

13. Technical Requirements and Platform Access

You are responsible for ensuring compatible technology and internet access
We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability
Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis
Platform access may be suspended for maintenance or security reasons
Minimum system requirements will be communicated for each program

14. Modification of Services and Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
Update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or website posting
Change program content, format, or delivery methods to improve user experience

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

By You: Cancel your account or program participation with written notice
By Us: For violation of Terms, inappropriate conduct, or non-payment

Upon termination:

Access to programs and materials will be revoked
Confidentiality obligations continue
Refunds governed by our stated refund policy

16. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to:

For services: re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supplying the services.

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Dispute Resolution Process

Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation
Legal Action: Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of New South Wales, Australia

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LYBL regarding our services.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures of third-party services.
