BECOME A MASTER OF FOCUS AND BEING

Mastering focus may sound like an action-oriented process, yet nothing could be further from the truth. Mastering focus depends on becoming still, something that usually defies most conventional wisdom on how to get what you want from life.

Because to get what you want out of life, you must always be taking action right? Wrong! And if you thought ‘yes’, you will need to go all the way back to the start of this program and explore the messages of this ‘Live Your Best Life’ Program to understand why.

Nothing is a better partner to taking action than being still. Stillness allows the most effective action to emerge, allowing us to settle the chaos and uncover the action and direction that will do most good.

You might wonder why this  program did not start with this section, since it reveals the most wisdom in our lives.

Quite simply, you would not have been ready for this. The work we have done up to now has cleared the way to being able to master focus and being.

In this section, we will explore three ways of mastering focus and learning how to be:

  • Focus and being through silence
  • Focus and being through intention
  • Focus and being on your own life, not on the lives of others

These three elements deliver huge force when it comes to having an impact on the quality of your life. Once the other pieces we have described in the previous strategies are in place, these elements of focus can be really effective in creating results with seemingly little effort.

And that is what I believe living your best life is all about.
