So how do you get in touch with what you’re feeling?

How do you distinguish between the subtle desires that lead you towards accomplishing a goal easily and the sometimes overwhelmingly rational instructions your brain sends that lead to much more difficulty and stress in your life?

It takes practice.

You can learn to feel the subtle distinctions between feelings. Then you will increase the speed at which you process information and attract positive outcomes.

How you get there, however, is usually by trial and error, by deliberately and consistently paying attention to when your emotions tell you, “I want this”, and your thoughts are saying “I should do this”.
