Health & Wellbeing: in Life & Business

As you would recall from the previous health & wellbeing month in January, we believe that this is THE most important segment of our wheel of life., hence why we cover it twice. 

OUR HEALTH AND OUR LIFEFORCE OF HUMAN EXISTENCE WILL ALWAYS BE OUR WEALTH THROUGHOUT OUR EMBODIED LIFETIME…

Put simply….our Health is our finest Wealth. 

They say Health is Wealth because without our health, we diminish. 

And if we’re not evolving…quite simply, we are devolving. 

To be human should mean to evolve. 

Not only does looking after your health improve you physically – it impacts your entire wellbeing. Including your mental, emotional and spiritual health.

You will find yourself happier, calmer and with more energy than ever before when you do this right for you and when you do it in a way that serves you. 

You will become more focused & begin operating at a much higher frequency (a higher vibration that supports those manifestations you dream of into reality).

Focus on increasing your attraction factor and vibrational frequency by tuning into yourself as the universe. 

Our health & wellbeing quite literally affects every cell in our being, how we function, how we feel, our mood, our physical body, our sleep, our work and everything else in between. So here we put the spotlight back onto our health and wellbeing so we can bring our best selves to all other segments of our wheel of life. 

Health and wellbeing comes in different forms – there’s our physical health, our spiritual (inner) health & our mental health. All very important in creating a life we love. Without our health – we simply won’t create the energy from inside ourselves, at a cellular level to bring to life the best of ourselves.

When we don’t look after our health & wellbeing – our entire life tends to spiral downward. We begin to lack motivation. We feel tired & drained. We often feel disconnected and alone. We simply feel ‘bleh’. We then tend to vibe in a low frequency – emitting negative emotions and energy. And at the very end of the scale – this will eventually manifest into disease & sickness.

Believe me, I know this first hand.

So how do we live our best lives by putting a focus on our health & wellbeing?

BY eating nutrient rich foods…

BY moving regularly…

BY getting enough rest & sleep…

BY meditating & looking after our spiritual health…

BY understanding our thoughts…

BY indulging in self care…

BY looking to life itself as our very own medicine…

I truly believe our health & wellbeing is the most important segment to nurture. So get prepared to nurture yourself, your health and your well-being for this month. I believe that when our entire being is WELL then accessing our best lives simply comes naturally.

We all want to be well-BEINGS. 

Let’s create some healthy habits this month that we can carry over into future months so that we can always be at the top of our game. From our nourishment, hydration, movement, mental health and sleep we can create easy & manageable habits we can stick to so that we continue to evolve.

Through looking after ourselves and our wellbeing, we create a foundation for our best life design to unfold which empowers us to live the greatest expression of our best lives.

We simply cannot bring our best selves – and be our best selves if we are devolving in any way.

Whether that be feeling low on energy, or feeling low mentally.

And there is good reason for that when we look at the basics of human evolution and how we ascend and transcend on our journey (more on that at another time).

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it’s almost a non-negotiable requirement that you must nourish your spiritual self.

Our spiritual plane is like a compass that guides us towards our true north.

Explore practices that resonate with you, whether it’s meditation, prayer, or spending time in nature.

And yes, people do bang on about these for very good reason.

Try a life with and without, and then you can always challenge me on this one. 😉

Meditation with Michele Jones

Daffodil Day holds a very special place in the heart of LYBL’s Founder & Creators heart.

When Michele was on her own cancer journey, the Cancer Council was one of the only charity organisations around at the time to support her.

They provided not only a small financial contribution to assist with treatment but were there to lend an ear and offer support and advice.

14 years on after being cancer free and cleared from her diagnosis, Michele believes that you should always remember who were there for you in your darkest hours and time of needs, so with that said, we here at LYBL are an avid supporter of this special day.

Michele even plants her Daffodil bulbs into her garden as Autumn turns here in the Southern Hemisphere as a reminder to always give back and always be grateful.
