TUNING INTO THE ESSENCE OF YOU IN 2025

Welcome to 2025 – a new year, a reset, a fresh opportunity to tune inward and honour the fullness of who we already are. 

As we step into January, let’s allow our health & wellbeing to take centre stage – not as something to chase, but as something to embrace within the wholeness of our being.

Health is not simply a segment of life; it is the foundation from which everything flows. When we nourish ourselves deeply – mind, body and soul – we unlock the innate brilliance that has always been within us. It’s not about striving to become something more; it’s about remembering and revealing the completeness of who we are.

They say – health is our wealth… but it’s more than that – it’s the currency through which we experience the richness of life. When we feel vibrant, energised, and at peace within ourselves, we radiate that outward, which means we manifest lives we love and we connect more effortlessly to our sacred calling, bringing forth our purpose and ultimately our joy. 

Conversely, when we feel low – whether it’s our energy, our mindset, or our spirit – life can feel heavy. That heaviness is not a failing and needed just as much as our lightness to experience all that it means to be human, as it offers us an invitation. It’s a gentle nudge to return to alignment, to listen to what our body and soul are asking for, and to meet ourselves with care and compassion, or be the one to wallop ourselves over the head to get ourselves moving if it’s required. 

Health and wellbeing encompass so much more than physical fitness. They are woven into the fabric of our being: the strength and vitality of our bodies, the clarity and resilience of our minds, and the depth of expansiveness of our inner essence. When we nurture each of these facets, we create space for the life we were born to live to naturally emerge. 

So, let this be the month we tune in – to what our bodies crave, to what our minds need to feel clear and calm, and to the whispers of our soul reminding us that everything we are seeking already exists within us. 

It’s time to honour that truth and let it guide us forward into a year – and a life – that feels truly aligned. 

Without our health – we simply won’t create the energy from inside ourselves, at a cellular level to bring to life the best of ourselves.

When we don’t look after our health & wellbeing – our entire life tends to spiral downward.

We begin to lack motivation.

We feel tired & drained.

We often feel disconnected and alone. 

We simply feel bleh. 

We then tend to vibe in a low frequency – emitting negative emotions and energy. 

And at the very end of the scale – this will eventually manifest into disease & sickness.

Believe me, I know this first hand. 

So how do we live our best lives by putting a focus on our health & wellbeing?

BY eating nutrient rich whole foods (food in it’s most natural state)…

BY moving regularly…

BY getting enough rest & sleep…

BY meditating & looking after our spiritual health…

BY understanding our thoughts…

BY indulging in self care…

It’s actually quite simple, whilst at the same time there is so much more to it and I cant wait to share with you all this month on this topic that is super close to my heart.

After being on many a health crises journey throughout my 50 young years I trust that I can add some value and guidance on this segment of the wheel of life.

As each health crises has lead me to a healing potential that has seen me move from devolution to evolution, layer by layer, year upon year. 

I truly believe our health & wellbeing is the most important segment to nurture.

So get prepared to nurture yourself, your health and your well-being for the month of January.

As I believe that when our entire being is WELL than accessing our best lives simply comes natural.

Welcome to 2025! 

The year that we embrace everything that we are and everything we’re becoming. 

As we step into January, one of our dedicated months to Health and Wellbeing at LYBL, I want to take a moment to connect with you on why this is so close to my heart. 

If you’ve been following my personal journey through 2024, you’ll know that it was a profound transformation for me. Life handed me challenges that tested my resilience and opened my heart in ways I never expected. I navigated the depths of heartbreak, redefined relationships, leaned on lifelong friends, and learned to trust the wisdom that has always been within me to an even deeper level.

Through it all, one truth stood out: our health – physical, mental, spiritual and emotional – is the foundation for everything. 

January Focus: Health & Wellbeing: The Most Important Doorway 

At LYBL, we believe that health and wellbeing aren’t something to strive for – they’re something to remember and reclaim. It’s not about becoming someone new but rediscovering the vitality, strength and peace that are already yours. 

This January, let’s focus on habits that ground us, energise us, and allow us to thrive. These aren’t rigid rules or resolutions – they’re gentle acts of love we offer ourselves each day. 

Here are the Four Pillars we’ll explore together this month:

Physical:

Move your body with intention, nourish it with vibrant foods, and rest deeply. 

Mental:

Create moments of stillness, practice gratitude, and allow space for your mind to recalibrate (it doesn’t always need to be in control).

Spiritual: 

Reflect inward, connect with your essence, and align your actions with your values.

Emotional:

Honour your feelings, nurture relationships, and extend compassion to yourself and others. 

A Lesson from 2024

Last year, I learned that even in the most challenging times, caring for our health and wellbeing is what sustains us. It’s what gives us the strength to rebuild, reimagine, and rise. My best friend, who has been by my side for 38 years, reminded me of this during a weekend getaway to the Hunter Valley – a time filled with healing conversations, soulful reflection, and the beauty of simply being.

This year, I invite you to join me in making health and wellbeing a priority – not because you have to, but because you deserve to. Let this be the year you nurture the wholeness of who you are, not as a task to complete but as a gift to receive. 

Together, let’s make 2025 the year of living fully, loving deeply, and embracing all that we are.
