The thing is, is that the way we view fun & recreation will be different to all of us, but with similar outcome to experience the same feeling of joy & happiness – a rush of endorphins.

Living Your Best Life is about letting your guard down sometimes to enjoy life’s most simple pleasures.

Life doesn’t have to be so serious day in and day out – and often times we get caught up in ‘Groundhog Day’ which eventually gets boring.

Life is supposed to be enjoyed.

We are supposed to do things each day that lights us up & makes us smile.

It’s about being curious and saying ‘YES’ to adventure…

And often times, our best ideas come to us in times where we are simply just out enjoying our lives.

So for this segment we encourage you to let your hair down & enjoy some adventure in your life.

May: Fun & Recreation – A Time for Healing, Reflection & Connection

As we embrace May, our focus shifts to Fun & Recreation – a time for joy, movement, and exploration.

And this month, I’m inviting you to join me on a personal and transformative journey of inner peace, healing, and community.

The essence of the word ‘Satsang’ – ‘Sat’ meaning true and ‘Sang’ meaning community – has never felt more aligned with where I am right now.

Together, we can explore, learn, and grow, creating a space for true community and connection.

This isn’t just about physical practice; it’s about cultivating a calm, focused, and peaceful mind, nurturing our inner worlds as we move through the challenges of life.

For me, this practice has become a lifeline.

Life has thrown its challenges, and healing has been a deep journey.

But each time I meditate, I tap into something expansive, something abundant, that words can’t quite capture.

These moments of stillness have helped me find strength, clarity, and peace within myself.

It’s a tool that guides me through my own recovery and inner healing.

I’ve meditated for many years, but recently I’ve dedicated myself even more deeply to this practice.

I’ve realised that the ancient wisdom I’ve embraced can not only heal myself but can also support others in their own healing journeys.

We’re all connected, and as we heal, we create space for others to do the same.

Meditation is the state where the mind becomes still, clear, and open to the higher planes of existence.

It’s the moment when the veil lifts, revealing our true nature.

It’s about finding stillness, presence, and a deeper sense of peace that is always available within us.

The breath – our most powerful tool – can shift our energy, calm our nervous system, and bring us fully into the present moment.

It’s through this practice that I’ve connected more deeply with my own wisdom and healing, and I’m eager to share it with you.

This meditation series is for anyone – whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.

It’s a space where you can explore stillness, breath, and self-awareness, guiding you toward healing and deeper connection with yourself.

Join me every week for a 45-minute pre-recorded practice.
