Spirit & Soul: Accessing Your Inner Wisdom.
There is a knowing deep within you.
A voice that doesn’t demand, but rather whispers.
A force that doesn’t push, but instead invites. It has always been there – waiting.
Not waiting for you to do more, but for you to simply listen.
We live in a world obsessed with action, achievement, and accumulation.
The next goal, the next milestone, the next breakthrough.
But what if everything you are searching for is already within you?
What if the answers you seek are not in the doing, but in the being?
Spirit & Soul is not about adding more to your plate.
It’s about peeling back the layers.
Tuning in rather than tuning out.
Trusting yourself rather than seeking outside validation.
What would happen if, instead of looking outward for direction, you turned inward with curiosity?
The Art of Presence
True wisdom doesn’t arrive in the chaos, in the frantic pace of your to-do list.
It reveals itself in intentional stillness and in the moments you choose to raise your energetic vibration.
In the pauses between breaths.
In the moments when you are fully here.
Presence isn’t something you schedule.
It’s something you allow.
It’s the deep breath before you answer.
The space between stimulus and response.
The moment you stand in nature and feel, truly feel, the wind against your skin, smell the scent of the bush, and hear the rain on the leaves.
When you surrender to presence, life becomes less about effort and more about alignment.
Less about forcing, more about flow.
Less about chasing, more about allowing.
You Are the Guide
There is no prescription here.
No list of steps to follow.
No “must-do” activities. Instead, there is an invitation—to trust yourself, to explore, to reconnect with your inner knowing in a way that feels right for you.
Maybe it’s in the quiet of the morning, with a cup of tea in hand and the sun rising before you.
Maybe it’s in movement – dance, yoga, or a slow, mindful walk where your feet kiss the earth with gratitude.
Maybe it’s in words – the ones you write in your journal, or the ones you speak to yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
Maybe it’s in breath – the deep inhale that reminds you of your aliveness, the exhale that lets go of what no longer serves.
Whatever it is, trust that you will find it in your own time.
Not because someone told you to, but because your soul led you there.
A Simple Practice to Begin
If you’re wondering where to start, start here.
Take a moment. Close your eyes. Breathe.
Ask yourself, without expectation or judgment:
What do I need in this moment?
And then, listen.
Maybe nothing comes immediately. Maybe your mind wants to fill the silence. That’s okay. Keep listening.
One day, the whisper will be clear. And when it is, trust it.
The Wonder of It All
There is no race. No finish line. No perfect way to “get it right.”
There is only this moment, and the next, and the infinite innate wisdom that is already within you.
Allow yourself the grace to move through this life not with urgency, but with wonder. Not with force, but with trust.
You are already whole.
And in your own time, in your own way, you will remember.
And when you do, the world will feel different – not because it has changed, but because you have.
“If you listen to your own inner voice, it will tell you where you are now, and which method will work best for you in your evolution towards the light. The quieter you become the more you can hear”
– Ram Dass –
PRACTICE GRATITUDE AND COMPASSION
In a world that constantly whispers (and sometimes shouts) that more is better, that what we have is never enough, how do we cultivate true peace and fulfillment from within?
Gratitude is a word we hear often, a concept we nod along to – but what does it really mean?
And how do we practice it in a way that truly transforms our lives?
At LYBL, we believe gratitude isn’t just about listing things that went well.
It’s about shifting our perspective, even when life feels heavy.
Keeping a gratitude journal or taking a moment each day to reflect is a great place to start, but what about those days when gratitude feels out of reach?
Here’s the key: Gratitude is not about forcing yourself to love every moment. It’s about honouring the lessons hidden within them.
You don’t need to be grateful for the challenge itself – you can be grateful for what it is teaching you, for the strength it is forging within you, for the person you are becoming through it.
When you find gratitude for the lessons, the challenge itself starts to lose its power over you.
So, what now? Reconnect to your WHY. Then ask yourself, WHAT?
💥Why does this matter to you?💥What will this experience shape within you?💥What vision are you moving toward?
When your WHY and WHAT are powerful enough, the HOW will reveal itself.
To support you on this journey, we’re offering a free downloadable workbook – a space for you to craft your own vision board and personal manifesto.
This is not about doing more; it’s about accessing what’s already within you.
Your life, your vision, your best self – waiting to be uncovered.
